when using on twitch, emotes must be properly attributed to my account in accordance with twitch’s artist attribution. failure to provide attribution will result in refusal of future commissions.

completed files will be stored for 2 months. after this period, i am not responsible for any loss of files.
clients are entitled to a reasonable number of minor revisions (e.g. colour adjustments) after completion. major changes will not be made once the lineart stage has been finalised.
refunds are not available unless the order is cancelled by me.
